Autism + ADHD Assessments for Adults (18+)

If you've been wondering whether you might be neurodivergent, you're not alone. Many high-masking adults go undiagnosed until adulthood - often after years of feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like something just doesn’t quite fit.

Our approach to assessment is warm, collaborative, and designed to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels validating and empowering.

You’ll receive a clear, evidence-based opinion from a registered psychologist, along with helpful recommendations tailored to your life.
