At State of Being, we support women who look like they’re coping on the outside, but inside feel scattered, stressed, and unsure how much longer they can keep it up. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, or trying to make sense of your brain, this is a space to feel seen and supported.

The name State of Being is a reminder: you’re not a human doing. You don’t have to earn your worth through doing everything perfectly or keeping everyone (but yourself) happy. You’re allowed to just slow down and ‘be’, you’re allowed to not have it all figured out.
